Legal Assistant & Intake (Palm Beach Gardens)

Multi-Specialty firm is seeking a full-time Legal Intake & Assistant. This position is more than just an initial point of contact for potential client matters. It will include occasional field signup and investigation, electronic case file setup, as well as front end Legal Assistance to open insurance claims, send initial letters, requesting police reports and more.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish REQ’D
  • Minimum of 1-yrs law firm experience
  • Professional and courteous phone communication
  • Obtain thorough details
  • Effectively communicate written and verbal details
  • Computer Savvy
  • Working knowledge of Outlook email and calendar
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Meticulous and conscientious in daily work product
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized
  • Take initiative and ownership in work product
  • Must work as a team player
  • Impeccable attendance history
  • Outgoing, inquisitive and confident
